We start by taking a full brief of the role and the criteria of the personnel that you are looking to hire.
We then agreed a timeframe and a methodical process of how we are going to complete the headhunt project with the right hire as the final joint goal.
For this level of service, we take a third of the agreed charge rate upfront, the remaining is then due on start date.

Contigent Recruitment
If you are looking to hire, but it is not an urgent hire or you are wanting to explore a range of options, then working with us on contingent recruitment level is for you.
We start by agreeing Terms of Business, then when we partner with suitable candidates that fit the criteria of what you are looking for, we send them to yourself for consideration.
You then put them through your normal recruitment process and decide if they are the right fit for you.
We do all the organising for you, provide the feedback, the offer, continue to keep in contact with them till their start date, then continue to check in with the after they start & provide you with insight feedback.

We start by agreeing a timeframe that works back from your start date of the Employees you need.
The we agree dates for commencement of resourcing, interview/assessment day, obtainment of documentation and contract processed, and regular contact till start date.
We do all the organising for you, so all you have to do is attend the assessment day or interviews and make the decision on who you want to hire, we do the rest!
